1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing shaunfurman.com or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase services.
2. Services
Shaun Furman offers AI agent consulting, training, and development services. Services include but are not limited to one-on-one sessions, group cohorts, and custom agent builds. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Payment
All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full before services begin unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and agreed upon in writing.
4. Refund Policy
For cohort programs: If after the first two sessions you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund with no questions asked. After the second session, no refunds will be issued. For one-on-one sessions and custom builds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Results Disclaimer
All results mentioned on this site are real but not typical. Individual results will vary depending on your business, industry, effort, technical environment, and many other factors. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a guarantee or promise of specific results.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, and code examples, is the property of Shaun Furman unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Agent systems built for clients become the property of the client upon full payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Shaun Furman and associated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. No Professional Advice
Services provided are educational and technical in nature. Nothing on this site or in any session constitutes financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Consult appropriate professionals for decisions in those areas.
9. Modifications
